Requesting an estimate?
For estimate requests, it will be very helpful to know as much detail as you can give us about your device. If you can find a model number, that will be even more helpful. Estimates via phone or email will only be rough estimates unless otherwise specified. Generally, we need to see the device to give you a detailed and accurate estimate.

It is a good idea to call ahead if you are traveling from a distance, to make sure we are in the shop. We have a large and growing customer base and as a result are sometimes out on service calls.
